Bought something on TikTok shop and the seller disappeared after fake tracking

I saw an item I had been looking for on the TikTok shop. The reviews looked good so I thought it was safe, I've bought from there before with no problems. Now I'm pretty sure those reviews were fake.

I paid $37.98. Tracking never moved past processing for weeks until I emailed support. Some guy named James answered right away so I didn't think much of it. After that, nothing. I emailed over and over and got zero replies.

Then the tracking got weird. They said the vehicle broke down, the label got damaged, they didn't have a building code (there isn't one), road closures (there weren't any). I checked with the post office and they had nothing for my address. I emailed saying I was going to mark it as fraud. Right after that the tracking showed delivered, which is not true. Then the website they used just disappeared. No item, no refund.

Ordered something online and it says delivered but nobody came to my door

I have contacted this company several times about the product was never delivered. It said it needed a signature but no one ever came to the door or even rang the door bell. I have sent several emails about getting my money back no one will respond to me. I have several screenshots from where it shows everything going on with the package. This last one is just where it shows it was delivered. Their website is www.lumenpick.com and email is [email protected]. I lost 27.98 dollars on this.

Saw a portable TV ad and got charged for nothing

I saw a ad on ****** about a portable smart tv and it was on sale. Since it was on ****** I assumed this was real. So I ordered one and paid through Cashapp. They took my money and then tried to pull more but I caught it and blocked it.

Cashapp is the worst because they definitely not trying to refund me and I actually got denied. I have all of my original emails along with screen shots of the extra charges that got declined and blocked. The worst part is that today I actually received an email that the package was delivered but guess what it wasn’t and I got cameras on all corners of my home. So I know nothing showed up.
