Bought stuff on TikTok from Lumen and never got it

I bought 2 items from LUMEN on TikTok around April 26th. They sent me emails with a tracking link and then one that said delivered on June 12th. Nothing was ever delivered.

I emailed [email protected] and got no response. I told them I never got my packages. Just nothing back. Lost about 70 bucks.

Ordered items from lumenpick.com never showed up

I bought some items from lumenpick.com on 4/11/26. Paid with my account and the money came out, $47.97. The tracking says delivered but nothing ever showed up. I emailed them at [email protected] about it and they kept changing the tracking info. First it said at depot, then attempted delivery, then out for delivery again. None of that happened. I still haven’t gotten anything.

TikTok ad led me to a website that took my money

I saw this ad on TikTok and it looked too good to be true but I went to the website anyway and they had other stuff on there with prices that seemed about the same. I figured maybe it was like one of those as seen on TV sites or something. So I went through the whole process and made the purchase. That was $37.95 gone.

Then I never got my product. I tried to get ahold of customer service but nobody ever answered. I could not find a way to contact anyone. So yeah lesson learned I guess.

TikTok ad for a TV took my money and then some

I saw an ad for a TV on TikTok and clicked the link to buy it. They charged me $40 with taxes and delivery fees. I never got a confirmation email or anything.

Then a little after that, someone hacked my bank account and took another $130 from some other place. I already reported it to my bank. I tried emailing them to ask about my order or a refund but they never wrote me back.

So I sent another email saying if I don't get my package or my money back I'm reporting them to the BBB. They had the nerve to email me back saying my package was delivered. It wasn't. And there was no tracking info I could even check.

TikTok couch order for $9.99 turned into a total runaround

I saw this couch on TikTok for $9.99 plus shipping so it came to $17.98 total. I placed the order on 4/3/26. I know that was probably too good to be true but I figured for that price why not try.

After two days I emailed them at [email protected] because that was the only contact info they gave. I just asked for a tracking number. A day later they emailed back with an order date and order number 8LXAHV6 but no tracking number. So I waited a few more days and emailed again saying I would report them for fraud. Then they said the cargo was rerouted but still no tracking number.

On 5/3/26 I got an email saying the package was on a vehicle that broke down and they were scheduling another delivery. I also noticed they claimed there was a delivery attempt on 5/2/26 but there was no note left on my door and my camera showed no delivery truck that day. I still have no tracking number and when I emailed them today I got nothing back.

Ordered a portable TV and never got it

I ordered a portable 30in tv from their website. Paid 37.98. Never got the item. They said it was delivered to an email, which didn’t make sense. I was getting automated emails from someone named James. I sent email after email and then no one responded at all. The email I used was [email protected]. Nothing ever showed up.

Saw an ad on TikTok for a cheap monitor that looks like a scam

I saw this ad on TikTok for Lumenpick.com. They were showing an ultra wide hi def 4k monitor for only $49. It seemed way too good to be true.

I did some searches online and multiple places confirm it's a fake site. The website is https://lumenpick.com and they list an email, [email protected]. Everything about it just seems off. I didn't send any money, but they're clearly trying to scam people with this fake online purchase.

Saw a TikTok ad, ordered from Lumenpick, and got scammed.

I saw an ad for Lumenpick.com on TikTok and placed an order. They took $72 from me. There's no real tracking for the order and no way to cancel it. The whole thing feels fake. Now they're saying they'll take legal action if I dispute the charge with my bank. I just want my money back.
