Ordered from lumensale.com and never got anything

I ordered something from lumensale.com and paid $150. Never got the item. Their email is [email protected] and they gave an address in CA, USA but I don't even know if that's real.

I tried emailing them but no reply. Just took my money and nothing showed up. It's been a while now so I'm pretty sure it's a scam. I don't know what else to do about it.

Ordered tablets from TikTok shop and never got them

I ordered some tablets for my kids off of TikTok shop. The total was 89.90 for everything. They never showed up so I emailed them about it being a scam. They told me it wasn't a scam.

About two weeks ago someone used our debit card on a gambling site casinocoins.com. They charged 15.99 three times. Our bank gave us the money back for those charges. They also gave me a form to fill out for the original tablet cost. I have all the emails I can send to whoever is looking into this.

After a few emails back and forth I noticed the website changed to lumenpick.com. The first site is shut down now.

Ordered a couch from a TikTok link and my card got hit with other charges

I bought a couch through a link on TikTok, from a site called Lumensale.com. As soon as the purchase went through, it cleared my account. Then I saw several other transactions for different websites trying to go through right after. I had to block my card and order a new one.

The couch never showed up. The tracking says a delivery was attempted, but that's not true. Nobody came.

I tried the customer service email, but the people there weren't helpful at all. I ended up having to file a claim with my bank.

Paid Lumensale.com for a purchase and never got anything

I paid Lumensale.com $37.98 for an online purchase. I never received the product. They didn't send anything. Now they keep trying to take more of my money. The website is Lumensale.com and they're based out of Baltimore, MD. I just want my money back and for them to stop.

Ordered a couch from lumensale.com and never received it

I ordered a couch from lumensale.com and lost $47.98. They kept giving me updates about waiting for transport to a warehouse. They gave me a tracking number, FNB00000326YV6I8. But they didn't and haven't sent me anything. I ordered it over a month ago.

Ordered patio chairs from a TikTok ad and never got them

I saw an ad on TikTok for patio chairs. I went to the website Lumensale.com and bought two of them. The total charge was $62.97. The money came out of my account right away.

I never got any shipping info or an order confirmation. I tried the email on the site, [email protected], and the phone number listed, 484-881-1575. No one ever answers the phone and the emails just bounce back. The whole thing feels like a scam.

I paid for chairs and got absolutely nothing. The site looks real but it's not.

Saw a deal on Facebook, paid lumensale.com and got nothing

I saw this deal pop up on Facebook, it was through Shopify. The website was lumensale.com. They're listed in Peoria, IL. I went ahead and made a purchase from them.

The total came to $27.97. The money came out of my account for the order. But I never received anything from them. No product, no shipping info, nothing. It's just a scam.

I tried to look into it and there's no way to get ahold of anyone. The site is just there taking people's money. I want my money back for a purchase I never received.
