Bought something on TikTok and it never showed up

I ordered something from LumePick.com through TikTok and paid with my CashApp card. It was about $26. The item never arrived and I never got any tracking info. I kept emailing them at [email protected] and basically harassed their customer service but got nowhere.

They tried to charge my card more than once after that so I had to block them. Still never got the product or my money back.
