Ordered from their site, product took over a month and came from China

I saw an ad for Lumine Organics and ordered from their website. The whole site and the ads never said anything about the product being made in China. Nowhere.

My order took over four weeks to arrive. That’s when I knew something was off. I checked the tracking number and it led back to a warehouse in China.

I’ve tried emailing the company at [email protected] about this. I spent $68. I haven’t had any success getting a resolution from them.

Ordered supplements, tracking number fake, no reply from customer service

I bought some supplements from lumineorganics.com. They took $65 from me. They gave me a tracking number but it doesn't exist when I try to check it.

I emailed their customer service about it. They said they would look into it, but that was it. I've sent more emails asking for an update and they haven't replied back to any of them. I never got my order and now I can't get ahold of anyone.
