Ordered body oil on sale, store disappeared, no refund

I saw Lumiphero was having a $5.00 sale, so on February 15th, 2026, I bought two bottles of body oil. I never even got a message saying my order shipped. I emailed the company, and they finally responded saying they were behind because of the sale and to be patient, that they'd get it out in the next week.

A week and a half went by and still nothing, no ship date. I emailed them again after that, and they haven't responded to any of my emails. Now when I try to click on the website, it just says "this store no longer exists."

So I guess I'm never getting the product, and I'm never getting my $15.92 back either.
