Tried to buy a bike from a TikTok ad and lost $45

I saw this bike on TikTok from Luna Moore Ebikes and decided to get one. It looked legit so I went ahead and ordered it. They took $44.89 out of my account.

Now I got nothing. No bike, no tracking number, no reply when I tried to message them. The only address I could find for them is in Deland, FL but I don't even know if that's real.

I just wanted a bike and now I'm out the money. Pretty frustrating.
