Ordered a Father's Day gift that went to another state

I ordered a Father's Day gift in May 2026 from LunaCub-US. I saw their stuff on Instagram and it looked good so I went for it. Total was about 55 bucks. They sent me a confirmation and a tracking number so I thought everything was fine.

But then the tracking showed it was delivered somewhere on the other side of the country. Not my address. I tried emailing them at [email protected] and got nothing back. So I called GOFO the delivery service to ask what was going on. They told me my name and address were not even connected to that tracking number. That made no sense to me.

The website says they are in St. Petersburg, FL but the package info said it came from China. Their site is account.lunacub.com. I just want my money back or the gift. Nobody is answering me.

Ordered a Father’s Day gift from a website that never replied

I ordered a personalized gift from lunacub.com for Father’s Day, it was supposed to have pictures on it. I paid $54 for it. After I placed the order I tried reaching out to them a bunch of times but never got any response. The item ended up getting delivered to Alabama somehow. I don’t even live there. I looked around and saw a lot of other people saying the same thing. It’s a complete scam.

Ordered something and tracking showed it delivered to Alabama not New Jersey

I ordered something from LunaCub-US. They said the item shipped and was marked as delivered, but the tracking shows it went to a random address in Alabama. My address is in New Jersey. I tried reaching out to them multiple times to get a refund or fix it. No one ever responds. I lost $54.98 on this.
