Online order never showed up and they won't answer emails
I sent them emails at [email protected] and nobody ever replied. Their Facebook and Instagram links on the site don't even load. So there's no way to contact them. Their address is 7901 4TH ST N, STE 300 in Saint Petersburg, FL but I don't know if that's even real. I just want my money back or the product I paid for.
Custom Father’s Day collage with my kids’ pictures never came
I paid 50 dollars and never got anything delivered. No tracking number, no email update, nothing. I tried to find a phone number or an address but there is nothing on the site. Just the website lunacub.com.
I just want my money back or the product. It feels wrong that they have my kids photos and just took off.

Ordered a Father’s Day gift on Instagram but tracking showed it went to a different city
So I called the delivery courier and they told me that same tracking number was used for multiple shipments. That didn’t make sense. I contacted the company three times now and still no reply back. Lost $61.52.
Ordered a Father's Day Lego cube from LunaCub-US on Instagram and never got it
It said it shipped and was delivered to Elberta, AL. I don't even live in Alabama. I tried emailing them at [email protected] twice but nobody ever wrote back. No phone number to call either.
Then I looked on Reddit and found a whole bunch of other people saying the same thing happened to them. All our orders showed as delivered but to places we don't live. Nobody got their gifts.

The package shipped from China and then got marked as delivered to some address in Canada. Not my address at all. I tried emailing them at [email protected] about a refund or a replacement but nobody ever wrote back. Lost about 70 bucks on this.

I checked my original order and it had my correct address, Denver Colorado. So I emailed them twice and nobody ever wrote me back. There is no other way to contact them or get my money back. I lost $54.98. I have proof of the delivery to that random spot in Alabama and proof my order was for Denver. This company is likely fraudulent.
