Paid for a color run in Boston that never happened

I bought a ticket for a Color run in Boston through lunaticketing.com and the event just never happened. They said it was a private event and they would tell us the location the morning of the race, but we never got any info about where it was or anything.

I emailed them several times and never got a response back. They still took my $125 and I even had to upload a picture of my license for identification. Never heard from them again.
