YouTube ad for clothes that never showed up

I saw a commercial on YouTube for Lunaventra Clothing. The address on my receipt was 1515 federal hwy ste 121, Boca Raton, FL. I ordered from them and sent them $28.00. I never got anything in the mail. No package, no tracking, nothing. I tried calling the number on the site, (855) 404-0034, but nobody picks up. It just feels like a total waste. I don’t even know who to talk to about it.
