Sent more product I didn't want after I said it didn't work

First off, the product from Lunavia.com didn't work for me. A couple months after I first got it, they said they were sending more. I told them right away not to send it, that it didn't work and I never reordered. They ignored me and sent it anyway. Now I'm stuck with this product that doesn't work.

The only address on the shipping label is 365 North Avenue. No state or zip code. They also put my phone number right on the label, which felt unnecessary. They charged me $75 for this extra shipment I didn't want.
