Ordered from Lunimuse and can't get a return or reply

I ordered something from Lunimuse.com back in March. Their website says easy returns so I thought it was fine. But I have been emailing them every day since March and NOTHING. No reply at all. I even tried the email [email protected]. Nothing.

I lost $125 on this. The phone number they have is 1(937) 478-6094 but I don't know if that even works anymore. I just want my money back or at least a response. Feels like a total scam.
