Ordered boots from TikTok ad and they never showed up

I ordered six pair of boots from this company Lunirave off TikTok. Their website is lunirave.com. They said the boots were delivered two different times but they never showed up at my house. I have never had problems with deliveries before, only through this TikTok app that advertises good deals and never follows through. I lost $60.00 on this.
