Ordered purses from Lunorisse and never got my money back

I ordered some purses from this company. They tried to deliver my package through their "private delivery service" two times and both times it failed. So I asked for a refund.

They said they could only give me back 70% but I never received that either. I lost $41.21. This company is a scam do not order from them.
