Ordered from Lunyrix and got nothing but a single email

I ordered from this company Lunyrix and all I got was one email. After that nothing. I tried contacting them a bunch of times about my order but every time I get the same message saying I’ll be contacted back after 24 hours. That never happened.

I still haven’t heard anything from them. I can’t track my order or find anything about it online. I think I lost thirty dollars on this. I feel like I got scammed.
