Ordered flowers from Lush Farm and got three stems instead of bunches

I ordered 3 different colors of artificial flowers from LUSH-FARM.COM. They were suppose to be 4 bunches in each color. I only got 3 individual stems, that is it. And they charged me $29.05.

Went back and forth with them through email at [email protected] trying to get a refund. They would not refund me my money after several attempts. They only gave me back 10% which was $2.90. I sent them pictures of what I got and the front of the package label. Still no refund. The pictures clearly showed what I received.
