Ordered a face mask, never got it, and now they won't refund me

I bought a facial mask from Lushbleu.com on January 17th for $25.99. I didn't even know it was shipping from China. My order number is 1460.

The shipping was supposed to take up to 15 business days. I've tracked it and there's just no way it's arriving when they said. It's not coming today or tomorrow. I've tried customer support a bunch of times to get a refund since it never showed up.

I got one reply from someone named Aadithya Raj. They said because it shipped, no refund. Now they just don't answer at all. I feel totally scammed. I just want my money back and they won't do anything.
