Ordered a crystal mug and got a piece of plastic instead

I ordered what was clearly described as a crystal mug off their site luvilea.com. The description said it was made from premium mineral crystals with heat insulating properties to keep your drink hot. Sounded good so I spent $50 on it.

What showed up was a piece of plastic with a metal tin inside. Cheap toxic plastic. Not even close to what they said it was. I tried emailing them at [email protected] and calling that number 1(947) 837-8505 but no reply.

This company is scamming people and it’s just not right. They need to be stopped.

Ordered a welder tool from shop, got something totally different

I saw this site called shop advertising a welder and cutting tool all in one. They had pictures and videos showing it doing those tasks. They even offered a full money back guarantee if you didn't like it.

Well, the thing they sent looks like the right item, but it's nothing like what was advertised. It doesn't work like that at all. I contacted Luvilea for my refund using their email. They only wanted to give me 10% back and said I'd have to pay to ship it back to them.

That's not the guarantee they promised. I'm out $37.
