Bought a massager and got signed up for a monthly subscription I didn't agree to

I bought a migraine massager from jomhome.co. They said it would get here in a day and that was a lie, so I called them out on it and got a refund. But what I didn't realize is when I bought that thing they automatically signed me up for a subscription to another site called Luvodeals.com.

They sell junk items and I didn't notice the charges until recently. They got me for 4 payments of $34.95. I called the number on their site and the person was completely rude. They wouldn't tell me anything unless I gave them my credit card number. I hung up and called back and got someone else who said the charges came from the massager purchase. When I said it was a scam to get a monthly fee they told me I would get sued for saying that. Its ridiculous. I don't care about that but people need to know. I learned my lesson. Now I'm disputing it with my bank.
