Ordered shoes over a month ago and they never left China

I bought a pair of shoes from luvvette.com for 130 dollars. The tracking number they gave me just says "label created" and it has been sitting at their warehouse in China for over a month now. Their website says 4 to 10 day shipping so that is clearly a lie.

Every time I email them at [email protected] they just say the tracking is a glitch and I will get the shoes soon. The replies look like they are written by an AI or something. I asked for a refund and they said no. So I am out 130 bucks and no shoes.
