Ad on Facebook for a wagon that never came

I saw an ad on Facebook for one of those outdoor folding double-decker wagons. Looked nice so I ordered one from their website, luxazora.com. They took $59.98 from my account.

That was the last I heard from them. No wagon ever showed up. Then I found out they been going into peoples accounts and taking $200 or more. No merchandise at all. I just want Facebook to shut that ad down. Their address says 298 Madison Avenue Suite 1203, New York, NY 10016 and their email is [email protected]. Phone number is (889) 811-2127.
