Ordered silk bonnets but got cheap polyester instead

I ordered from luxesilks.com because they said the bonnets were silk. But when I got them they are clearly polyester or some really cheap material, not silk at all. I spent $35 on this.

So I tried to return them and you have to email customer service to get your return approved. I sent an email to [email protected] and it bounced back. The email isn't even real. So now I'm just stuck with these fake silk bonnets and no way to get my money back.
