Ordered clothes from a Facebook ad and never got them

I saw an ad on Facebook for clothes and ordered from their website. I paid $28.74 for the items.

When I didn't get anything, I emailed them at [email protected]. They said the items were delivered but they would resend them. That was a while ago and I still haven't gotten anything. Their tracking page looks fake too, it doesn't show real info. I just want my money back or the clothes.
