Paid for an order that never left Chicago

I ordered from luxesilks.com and paid them 138.98. I got a tracking number and everything looked normal at first. The tracking said it made it to Chicago on July 10th and has been there ever since.

I've emailed them at [email protected] a couple times but no reply. The package just sits there. I don't know what else to do. I just want my money back or my stuff.

Website selling fake silk items that were actually cheap polyester

I ordered from https://luxesilks.com/ because they said they were selling good quality silk stuff. What I got was cheap polyester with bad stitching and no tags on anything. It was $67 down the drain. Not even close to what they showed online. Just really poor quality stuff that fell apart.
