Ordered from Luxeveria and never got my package

I ordered from luxeveria.com and they never delivered the product. I paid $134.28. They keep telling me the item was delivered but it was not. Lost in shipment or something.

They admitted they could not deliver the item and said there were errors on their end. But they keep offering me only a 60% partial refund. I had a shipping guarantee included in my purchase and they still won't honor it. How they can justify this is beyond me. No product delivered at all.
