Ordered berbatine patches from a Facebook ad that looked like a USA company

I saw this ad on Facebook for berbatine patches and it looked like a real company in the USA so I ordered. Paid $21.97 and the money was taken right away. Got an email saying they got my order and it would ship the next day. That was on June 4th.

Today is June 21st and still nothing. I emailed them using the address from the order confirmation. Tried twice and finally got a reply on June 16th saying it's still in transit. I wrote back twice asking for a refund because I have no product. No refund either.

The Facebook ad made it look like a US company but when I got the email it was obviously Chinese looking. I never would have ordered if I knew it was coming from China. Still waiting.
