Ordered 110 volt heaters, got unusable 220 volt ones instead

I ordered two 110 volt portable heating cannons from luxglitter.com. It took seven whole weeks for them to arrive. When they got here, they sent two 220 volt heaters instead. The plugs aren't even a standard USA 220 plug, and the boxes are all written in Chinese. We can't use them at all.

Their policy says you have 15 days to get a return label, if it's approved. I tried contacting the company several times through their email, [email protected]. I never got a single response. Now we're just stuck with these two heaters.

We paid $177.99. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company because I got no help from them.
