Package showed up with furniture salve I never ordered

I got a package in the mail from some address 2452 gillingham circle, thousand oaks ca 91362. Inside was 6 jars of luxgrove furniture salve. I never ordered this stuff.

I don't know how they got my info or why they sent it. There was no note or anything saying what to do. No receipt. Just the jars. I didn't lose any money but it still feels weird. I didn't ask for this and now I have 6 jars of something I don't need.
