Ordered a handmade purse from a Facebook ad and got nothing

I saw this ad on Facebook for these really nice looking bags and purses. They said they were handmade. So I ordered one and paid $71. They took my money right away.

That was a few weeks ago. Never got any tracking number or anything. No bag showed up. I tried to message them on the post but no reply. The page is still up though which is weird. I just want my money back but I don't even know who to call.

It just felt like a regular small business selling stuff they made. Guess it wasn't.
