Got a call from Jessica at Luxury Resorts about a package I supposedly paid for

I got a call from someone named Jessica saying she was with Luxury Resorts. She told me she was calling about a package I had already paid for. She said I needed to respond to get my package before it expired. She left a callback number, 407-554-6101. The whole thing felt off—I never paid for any package with them.
