Car seat covers from this website were wrong size and color

I ordered seat covers from luxuscarmats.co and they are just junk. They’re missing the elastic bands you need to install them right. I gave them my exact car info and they still sent covers that are way too big. Then they tell me they’re “universal” so I guess that means they don’t actually fit my car.

The color isn’t even what I ordered. They offered to replace the junk they already sent or give me $50 back. I already lost $250 on this. So either way I’m out money.
