Ordered a mower kit and got a thank you from a different company

I ordered a Fiskars reel mower maintenance kit from Lyleeshop. Paid $22.00 for it. When I paid, a company called Voloire popped up saying thank you for my order with a confirmation number. I have no idea what the connection is between these two. Tried contacting both of them a few times to ask about the order and why Voloire was the one sending the confirmation. Neither one ever got back to me.
