Someone used my bank debit card for a $200 purchase

Someone used my bank debit card and made a $200 purchase. I have no idea how they got my info. I never gave my card number out to anyone.

The email they used was [email protected] and the website was [email protected] which doesn't even look right. The phone number that showed up was 1(800) 232-6459. I didn't authorize any of this. Just a random charge on my account for $200.00.
