Ordered pants, got wrong size and one missing

I ordered 2 pairs of petite pants from Lyscharm back in April. One pair finally showed up but it wasn’t even my size. The other pair just never came at all.

I sent them so many complaints through their website. They’re at 1500 N Grant St Ste N in Denver, CO. I lost about 40 dollars on this. Still no reply about the missing pants or the wrong size.
