Ordered from a site called lyscharm and never got my stuff.

I placed an order from a website called lyscharm.com. I paid $25 for it. My order was never delivered. I tried contacting them through the email they have, [email protected], and the phone number 1(337) 692-2439, but nothing came of it. It just feels like I sent my money into a void. You have to be really careful before you order from a company you don't know.
