Ordered a Mother’s Day gift tree and got something completely different

I ordered from macustom.com for Mother’s Day. They sell custom gifts. I picked this tree thing where you can put your mom’s kids names and birth flowers on it. In the pictures it looked really nice, like a standing tree you put on end tables.

What I got was tiny. Barely covers my hand. It doesn’t even stand up. The names and flowers are so small you can barely see them. Nothing like the pictures. Took about 3 weeks to arrive. Now they won’t fix it or give me a refund. I have screenshots of their website showing what they advertised and what I got but it won’t let me upload them here.
