Phone call saying I could get approved for a loan

I got a call from this number (270) 634-6657 and it was a woman saying her name is Madison Reed. She said sometimes people get discouraged after talking to a few lenders and just assume that's the best they can do. But she said every lender looks at a file different and she can get me approved.

She told me to press one or call her at 888-905-0296. It felt like one of those advance fee loan scams where they promise you a loan but then ask for money upfront. I didn't lose any money because I didn't call back. But I wanted to report it so nobody else falls for it.
