Order never came and they tried to take money from my account

I ordered from maeleyscosmetics.com and it was a total mess. They tried to take money out of my account but my bank stopped the transfer. I still haven't gotten my money back though. Its been a while now and nothing.

I emailed them at [email protected] but no reply. I just want my 100 dollars back. I dont know what else to do at this point.
