Reoccurring PayPal charges from a company I never heard of

I was looking at my PayPal account the other day and saw these charges I didn't recognize. Turns out this company has been taking out $6.99 every single month and I just didn't notice. I have no idea what they do or how they even got my info. I never ordered anything from them.

I tried contacting them multiple times using info I found online but got nowhere. No reply at all. It's just frustrating because the money adds up and I can't even figure out who they are or how to stop it.
