Item I ordered doesn't fit my machine and now they won't give me a return address
It's been almost two weeks of me trying to get a response through their email, [email protected]. I finally got one, and they said the only way I get a refund is if I pay to return it. I already paid to have it shipped to me, and now I have to pay to ship it back. They list a two-week return policy, but they won't even give me a return address to send it to.
The whole thing just screams scammers. I'm out $53.
