Ordered bookmarks a month ago, never got them, owner is rude

I saw an ad for this company, Magical Bookmarks, on Facebook. I placed an order for some bookmarks. They sent a tracking number that said delivered, but nothing ever came to my house.

I tried to reach out to the company through the contact info. The responses came from a phone number, and the person was really rude and not helpful at all. They actually called me a name. They sent another tracking number, and this one shows the package got to my city but then it was shipped all the way to New Jersey instead.

I left a review about what happened. Now the owner keeps messaging me, saying they delete my reviews. So their reviews aren't even accurate because they just delete any they don't like. They call people names after you've already paid and you're just trying to find out where your stuff is. It's been a month since I ordered. This doesn't seem like a real company.
