Ordered from a website a month ago and still nothing

I placed an order on May 31st from magicalverseshop.com. The website said 6-14 days for shipping. It’s been a month now and I still don’t have anything. No tracking number, no updates besides a couple emails saying they are working on it. I emailed them at [email protected] but it’s just the same thing over and over. I paid $74.98 and I feel like I just threw my money away.
