Ordered 4 bras and got charged shipping twice

I ordered 4 bras from Magicswear.com and when I went to check out they made me add another bra for 4.95. So it ended up being 2 separate charges and both of them had a 14.95 shipping fee. Everything came in one package though.

The quality is nothing like they advertised. I have not seen or worn anything comparable to what they sent me. Customer service is a joke. They said they would refund shipping on one order but I never got it. Trying to return them and get my money back is a joke too.

Charged twice for 3 items when I only ordered 2

I ordered from Magicswear.com and ended up getting charged for 3 items instead of 2 right off the bat. Then I got hit with another charge for 3 more. So basically double charged.

I did actually receive the product, 2 items showed up. But they were not as advertised at all. Nothing like what was shown on the website.

Seems like a lot of other people have the same story with this site. I'm out $101.25 total.

Ordered from Magicswear and got nothing like the ad

I ordered from Magicswear.com and what showed up was a joke. The stuff looked nothing like the pictures on the site, and the size was way off. Like, not even close to what I ordered. I emailed them at [email protected] asking for a return and my money back.

They came back and offered me a partial refund instead. I didn't want to keep fighting so I said fine, I'll take the 50% just to be done with it. That was a mistake because that refund never showed up. I lost $54.31 and got nothing but junk I can't even use.

Ordered bras and got charged hidden shipping fees

I ordered 2 bras from magicswear.com on June 4th 2026. After I paid I saw they charged me $14.73 per bra for shipping which I never agreed to. I asked for a refund right away and they told me it was processed for both orders.

That was 18 days ago. I've emailed them many times and still no refund of $44.36. Going to call my bank tomorrow for a chargeback. They have been totally dishonest about the whole thing. Hope posting this keeps someone else from dealing with this frustration.

Ordered a shirt that didn't fit and got extra charges

I ordered this product from Magicswear.com thinking it was a great price at nine dollars. I took a screenshot once I purchased it and then another screenshot showing the extra charges that they were not upfront about. I reached out to the company and they just gave me some lame excuses on why it was more.

I get the product today and it does not fit. I ordered an extra large and this will not even go around my thigh. There was also some fraudulent charges right after this purchase that my credit card company flagged and canceled my card so even if I want to refund, I can’t get it through the company because my card is gone.
