Ordered bras and got charged hidden shipping fees

I ordered 2 bras from magicswear.com on June 4th 2026. After I paid I saw they charged me $14.73 per bra for shipping which I never agreed to. I asked for a refund right away and they told me it was processed for both orders.

That was 18 days ago. I've emailed them many times and still no refund of $44.36. Going to call my bank tomorrow for a chargeback. They have been totally dishonest about the whole thing. Hope posting this keeps someone else from dealing with this frustration.

Ordered a shirt that didn't fit and got extra charges

I ordered this product from Magicswear.com thinking it was a great price at nine dollars. I took a screenshot once I purchased it and then another screenshot showing the extra charges that they were not upfront about. I reached out to the company and they just gave me some lame excuses on why it was more.

I get the product today and it does not fit. I ordered an extra large and this will not even go around my thigh. There was also some fraudulent charges right after this purchase that my credit card company flagged and canceled my card so even if I want to refund, I can’t get it through the company because my card is gone. Their address is in Salt Lake City, UT 84116 and their email is [email protected].
