Bought a discounted product with fake reviews and never got it

I saw this highly discounted product and thought I was getting a good deal. Now I realize the reviews were fake. After I paid they kept giving me the runaround saying they were trying to get the product shipped and would send the tracking number.

A few days later they sent a tracking number through wuyouexp. They told me to track it on track123.com and it looked real. I waited weeks and finally it said delivered but nothing showed up. The website I bought it from still says the product is waiting to be shipped. Lost $32.91.
