Ordered boots three weeks ago, still not delivered and only got 71 cents back

I went to maisess.com to buy boots. Their site said shipping would take 3 to 5 days. I made the order.

It's been three weeks now. I keep getting the runaround about the courier. They just say it's out for delivery but I can't get any real information. I contacted their customer support at [email protected] and by phone. They flat out don't want to help with anything.

I asked for a refund. All I got back was 71 cents. That's it. I paid over fourteen dollars. This feels completely wrong.
