No company name on warranty letter about a refund

I ordered from maketimewellness.com and spent $145.58. They had a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on their site. Said they would give a full refund even if the product was opened. Just email them and they'd refund you in 5 to 10 days.

So I emailed them at [email protected]. I included my order number and a short explanation like they asked. Then nothing. I tried emailing again. I also tried contacting them through their portal on the website. No response at all.

They just ignored me. They did not honor their money back guarantee at all. I'm out the money and they won't reply.
