Paid for shirts and got half and then the guy blocked us

We paid this guy to make shirts for our brand. He had a website and everything, Makingalegacy.com. His email was [email protected]. We sent him around 470 dollars.

We got some of the shirts but not even half of what we ordered. Then he just blocked all of our numbers and social media. So now we cant get ahold of him at all to ask about the rest of our shirts. The address he gave was in Los Angeles, CA. Phone number was (949) 401-3800. No way to contact him now.
