Offered a treatment but will not honor it

I found this company Male Excel online. They offered a treatment and I paid them $50.00 for it. I never got what they promised.

I tried contacting them but no reply. Their address is in NC, USA. I just want my money back or the treatment I paid for. Feels like they took my money and ran.
