Paid for a custom kids book that never arrived after shipping issues

I ordered a customized children’s book from Manualliy. At first my address was wrong so it got sent back to them. I paid extra shipping so they could send it out again. I still haven’t gotten the book.

The tracking showed it was in my town, but it wasn’t delivered to me. Then it got sent back to the sender again. I was emailing with someone about it and then they just stopped replying to me. I even suggested canceling the order and reordering. They ignored that too. I want my money back or my book.
